I worked on building community and citizen science platforms. User-centered design is my religion. I am passionate about the data-driven approach. I conduct complex research using multiple tactics and methods and redesign the structure based on the result.
About me: I’m Anna Kopytova. I finished Moscow Architect University and have experience working with different digital platforms for international NGOs. I have launched and managed multiple platforms. My focus was a user-centered approach. I worked on multi-user platforms developed to communicate with supporters by creating a community and engaging them in an environmental lifestyle. Listening to the users is crucial; on my platforms, I always have a spare time for dialog with users on top of research. My degree in architecture gives me a unique perspective, I believe that the circumstances and boundaries of a project give your creativity an opportunity.
I work with many different platforms and graphic programs. The tech industry is developing fast, and I am ready to learn something new. For now, I work in Figma, Photoshop, Miro, Asana, and Notion. I use SUS as a first step in research surveys, interviews, prototyping, and wireframes. I know basic HTML and CSS.

At Greenpeace Russia, I led UX research to improve Greenwire, an international volunteer platform.
Through surveys, in-depth interviews, and usability testing, I uncovered key issues with navigation and onboarding. Based on these insights, I worked with the product team to redesign the platform structure and user flow.
The improvements helped increase volunteer engagement and made it easier for users to get involved with Greenpeace activities.
