UX Researcher Focused on Impact-Driven Digital Experiences

Hi, I’m Anna Kopytova — a UX researcher who loves making digital spaces more human.

I graduated from the Moscow Institute of Architecture, where I learned that limits can inspire the best creative solutions.

I have experience building and managing digital platforms for international NGOs. My main focus has always been a user-centered approach. I design around user needs, context, and behavior.

I take a data-driven approach, using a mix of methods — from SUS surveys and interviews to prototyping and wireframes.

On the tech side, I’m comfortable with tools like Figma, Photoshop, Miro, Asana, and Notion. I also have basic HTML and CSS skills. The tech world moves fast, and so do I — I'm always eager to learn the next thing that helps me understand users better and create experiences that stick.
